Now a long term resident of Los Angeles, she has recorded and performed hundreds of her original compositions winning her a Billboard Songwriters Award along the way. She has released numerous EP’s and 4 full-length albums, LIFT YOUR HEAD, FIVE MILE RIVER ROAD, THIS IMMORTAL COYLE – AN ACOUSTIC RESURRECTION and A PIECE OF WORK.
Her most recent release, “A Piece of Work”, accompanies her touring one person show and was recorded and produced by Marty Rifkin (Tom Petty, Bruce Springsteen). “A Piece of Work” is an autobiographical show about the complexities of a mother and daughter relationship. It is packed with poignant yet comical tales of a reluctant mother and the tenacious daughter who raised her! The show is also infused with Laura’s original songs. Laura is currently touring her show in the USA with plans for expansion to Europe.
